Hardware & Software

We use the latest 2012 model waterproof and robust touch screen EPOS system.  The system uses all branded parts and has a powerful Intel processor with 2GB of DDR3 RAM.  The Samsung 5 wires resistive touch screen guarantees no delays and exceptional reliability no matter how busy the business.  A massive 160GB of storage means storage over 1,000 years of reports!

The system is also water resistant and shook proof. There are thousands of  Eposnow branded systems currently in use.  This exact system is in use today by customers like Starbucks, sodastream and the Royal British legion.

The Complete Solution

The Cafe EPoS system includes everything you need in one package to fully manage any Coffee Shop or Café. This system functions on its own or networked with another Coffee Shop / Cafe EPoS system or a back office computer.

We will also install any peripherals like printers and PDA’S quickly and with full training.

After the 30 days a customer can choose to have a support contract if required.

Installation

You can place your order online or over the telephone. If ordered online we call to arrange a suitable delivery time. Then we configure your EPoS system.  When your system arrives you plug it in and turn it on, it is very easy to setup and use. 

We then login and help you setup and train you on via remote desktop.  If we cannot access your unit remotely, then a local engineer will be dispatched to assist you.

Installation

Your café EPoS system will arrive fully configured with your software pre-installed, all you need to do it plug it in and power it up then we log in and provide training. Once the system has been setup if you have any problems we can log into your terminal instantly (with your permission). If we cannot solve a problem remotely a local engineer will be dispatched to assist you.  After the 30 days a customer can choose to have a support contract if required.

The system even supports commission payment tracking and a staff clocking in/out function to view exactly what hour’s staff are working and also who the top earners are in the business. Combining this with the employee reporting functions allows you to consider whether the number of orders taken actually relates with the number of staff working at a particular time so as to maximise productively. Cash Management

PoS Stock Management 

Fundamental to any business is an accurate stock management system. Precise records are stored revealing the physical quantity of each product in stock. The system will alert you both when you fall below your set minimum order level and when you have items over your maximum order level.
