Hardware

Our restaurant EPOS solution is built with the latest Intel processor technology to meet the demands of the busy Hospitality environment. The system comes with 2GB of the fastest DDR3 RAM so you will get no delays or issues when processing multiple transactions or generating large reports. This gives you more time to generate sales and look after your customers. The 250GB hard drive gives you ample space to store all of your accounts, reports and product information.

One of the highlights of the EPOS system is it's power efficiency. The next generation Atom processor uses only one tenth the power of a standard processor with no compromise on processing power. This will reduce electricity bills and the carbon footprint of your business.

To protect your investment from any spills or accidents within the workplace, the system is engineered to be 100% waterproof and shockproof. The touch screen includes the most advanced and reliable five wire resistive touch system to ensure accurate, faultless and reliable operation for years to come.

Software

Complimenting the powerful EPOS hardware is a full professional licence of Emperium Hospitality. This EPOS software is simple to use and intelligently designed so it can be used with no EPOS training. However, it contains powerful features and reporting functionality which can be easily accessed to eliminate menial admin tasks, accelerate transaction times and deliver you with vital, up-to-date information. This EPOS software provided is programmed to run seamlessly on the provided hardware and has been tested thoroughly to ensure complete compatibility.

Accessories

Included within the solution is a top of the range thermal receipt printer by renowned manufacturer PoS Bank and a high quality, sturdy, lockable cash draw. All accessories are carefully selected to be easy to use and highly reliable.

Installation

When we receive your order we will configure all your hardware and install your software.  When your system arrives you just plug it in and turn it on, it is very easy to setup and use.  If you have any questions we are available 24/7 and we can easily solve any issues immediately via remote desktop if we cannot access your unit remotely then a local engineer will be dispatched to assist you.  If you would prefer onsite installation please call us on 0845 2997707 and we can arrange this for you with one of our local offices.

Flexible Ordering Modes

Tabs can then simply be created and even pre-loaded with a previously made deposit or an agreed credit limit. Customer Loyalty Features

Customer accounts can be established making it easy to take deposits, allocate customers credit and discounts but also to stay on top of the accounts by instantly viewing outstanding customer invoices.

Staff Management and Access Control

The system even supports commission payment tracking and a staff clocking in/out function to view exactly what hour’s staff are working and also who the top earners are in the business. Combining this with the employee reporting functions allows you to consider whether the number of orders taken actually relates with the number of staff working at a particular time so as to maximise productively. To strengthen security, the system allows you to decide exactly what functions staff can and can’t access and creates an audit trail allowing you to see ‘who did what when.’ User identification can be determined by user and pass codes or magnetic swipe cards.

Cash Management

The system clearly shows the number of tills in your establishment and allows you to view exactly what type of transaction was put through the till and how much was taken of each kind, be it cash, credit cards, deposits, customer credit or vouchers. The system also has the ability to calculate separate tax for different categories of products so that you can handle tax related issues effectively. For added security and to prevent fraudulent mis-use the system requires two different users to verify the processes of opening up and banking money.

PoS Stock Management 

Fundamental to any business is an accurate stock management system. Precise records are stored revealing the physical quantity of each product in stock. The system will alert you both when you fall below your set minimum order level and when you have items over your maximum order level. Transfers to different locations, be it another store or the warehouse, can be centrally managed and provide real time data as to what quantity you have of each product in which location.  Your suppliers can be linked in with the system so that Purchase Orders, Goods Received Notes and invoices can be communicated efficiently.
