Food On Third is a stylish sandwich bar and cafe located in Trafford Park in Manchester. When business owner Paul Ingrouille took over the business, which was previously a failing café, he knew it would need a complete overhaul, which included re-branding and improving the quality with delicious home-cooked food. With plenty of competition in the local area, Paul identified a real need for fast, efficient service and wanted an EPoS system that could help him to provide this. Paul is thrilled with the investment as the business has doubled pre-orders in the past few weeks, and has received great feedback about the new service.

FoodOnThird.com integrates seamlessly with Food On Third’s in-store Epos Now till system, with stock synced between the web store and the physical store. When a customer places an order online, the transaction appears in Food On Third’s till and is automatically printed to their kitchen for preparation. Customers choose their time slot, pay online and pick up at the express Click & Collect point. The Epos Now system also allows Paul to track sales, so he can recognise best-selling items from the menu, along with staff performance and accurate stock management. Paul is now looking to expand Food On Third's offering further by building on the new system, and plans to use his new Nettl web shop to launch an online buffet and catering option for local businesses. This will allow customers to build a bespoke buffet, pay online and choose a delivery date. It will give customers the choice they want and makes it easier to budget and plan, not to mention the added benefit of being able to tailor a buffet depending on the requirements of the attendees.
