The 'In-house Recruiter' role is designed to be the initial and key source of recruitment for Epos Now. Responsible for attraction, assessment, attaining of candidates.

The successful post holder will own the recruitment strategy in coordination with our Director of People & Culture, ensuring all core and management roles are sourced efficiently and talent is pipelined effectively.

You will need to make sure you are keeping up to date with the latest technologies and candidate sourcing and assessing techniques ensuring that candidate screening is carried out to the highest effectiveness. You will be accountable for all costs associated to recruitment and ensure cost per hire and lead time per hire is kept at a minimum. A comprehensive past experience in essential.


Key responsibilities and accountabilities for the role are as follows: 

  • Proactively headhunting passive and active candidates in the UK (Norwich and Sheffield)  and in the USA (Orlando) market for all roles

  • Ensuring a recruitment plan is agreed with each recruiting manager at the beginning of a new vacancy and is regularly reviewed to recruit and select the best candidates in the most efficient period

  • Carrying out interviews and arranging interviews for recruiting managers

  • Ensuring the recruitment and selection process is effective, engaging and as efficient as possible

  • Managing the recruitment pipeline keeping future candidates ‘warm’ and building a pipeline database

  • Ensuring succession and talent management feeds into the recruitment process

  • Ensuring all candidates are onboarded in an engaging way to enable them to feel positive about their start at Epos Now

  • Ensure all contractual and company information is sent to candidates in an engaging and timely way

  • Review and update Epos Now website to ensure it attracts great candidates

  • Ensure proactive approach to social media to build the Epos Now employer brand

  • Developing a High Potential/Graduate recruitment programme to attract great talent

  • Ensure every role has an up to date role profile

  • Create engaging recruitment adverts for website and jobsite/linkedin  adverts

  • Arranging events to build pipeline

  • Build great relationships with key recruitment stakeholders eg UEA, college, recruitment agencies, Glassdoor, jobsites and linkedin

  • Attending key candidate attraction events
