Partner Account Manager

Salary: £21k to £24k basic + commission. OTE £32k 

Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am - 6pm.

Location: Norwich Business Park, Free parking on site.

As a Partner Account Manager, you will take full ownership of delivering an outstanding level of service to our resellers to ensure maximum account growth.

Role responsibilities for the Partner Account Manager:

  • Provide technical pre-sales support to Business Development Managers and the Global Business Development Director to secure new business and ensure the products being sold can support the customer objectives.

  • Provide day to day account management to resellers and partners, and ensure a minimum of 1x Partner visit to be attended per quarter. 

  • Generate revenue from designated accounts.

  • Build strong relationships and become a trusted advisor to all key contacts to ensure they gain maximum value from our product and integrated apps.

  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key reseller and end user requirements via quarterly business reviews.

  • Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to resellers in a timely manner.

  • Serve as the link of communication between resellers and the wider business.

  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by resellers and take ownership of complaints to maintain trust.

  • Take full responsibility for growing the book value of each reseller account and ensure that all subscriptions are set up correctly for resellers and end users.

  • Prepare regular reports to provide visibility of reseller performance and any blockers preventing growth.

  • Take full responsibility for ensuring that industry information is correct for reseller end users to enable accurate reporting.

  • Deliver training to resellers and partners in line with onboarding expectations.

Requirements for the Partner Account Manager:

  • A proven background in account management. 

  • Experience working within one of the following industries is preferred; payments, merchant services or partnership experience.

  • Experienced in sales and providing solutions, based on customer and industry needs.

  • Experienced in account planning to accurately forecast growth plans for each account.

  • Highly motivated self-starter with a desire to continually learn and develop themselves.

  • An excellent communicator/relationship-builder both internally with colleagues and externally with customers and senior stakeholders.

  • Able to effectively and clearly communicate in all written communication.

  • Well-organised, with great attention to detail and have the ability to prioritise tasks quickly and effectively.

  • Experienced in B2B solution sales and/or account management.

  • Positive approach, flexible and comfortable in a fast-paced, customer focused environment.
