Athena launched in the US


We are delighted to announce Athena's launch in the US. Our American customers can now benefit from our most significant software release to date. The fully customisable interface allows business owners to adapt their EPOS interface to perfectly suit their unique business requirements. The uncluttered design features fully customisable tile sizes, the default size being 4x larger than the previous software, facilitating faster more accurate input.

Athena’s uncluttered interface offers improved visibility, increasing the speed your staff can process transactions, cutting wait times and improving the customer experience. A more logical and intuitive user experience reduces staff training requirements and allows you to identify business critical functions with ease. This is facilitated by the increased prominence of the transaction panel, top seller buttons and clearly defined category and product tiles.

Athena launched in the US

Retailers are provided with an organic view of every transaction. No swapping between screens, all key information is present on the transaction panel, including items, prices, discounts and totals.

Athena features specialist hospitality functions. The new improved table plan provides a full overview of critical information at a glance, including table numbers, number of covers and wait times. The design is simple, readable and informative, empowering employees to provide high-quality service at an efficient pace. Bills can be split by table or cover in a matter of seconds, allowing you to take payment from your customers individually or in groups, improving the customer experience.

Epos Now’s newest release comes with unparalleled user support. In addition to our award-winning support team available to call 7 days a week, Athena also supports a live chat function through the back office interface on your Epos Now system. There are volumes of extensive ‘GuideMe’ how-to guides available in the back office to meet all your troubleshooting needs.
