Epos Now is delighted to announce we have been named winners of the Design and Innovation category of the UK Customer Experience Awards! The awards were launched 7 years ago to recognise business excellence, to showcase best practice procedure and celebrate outstanding customer service.
Epos Now was responsible for launching the UK’s first POS AppStore, affording the SME market the ability to build their own bespoke EPOS system perfectly suited to their business requirements. Epos Now was highly praised for our customer centric ethos and innovative design, beating companies such as Barclays and Three mobile to the trophy.
COO, Hayley Johnson and Head of Service Carlos Ramos were responsible for leading the presentation to the panel of industry experts. The 15 minutes presentation examined the customer journey and how the development of the AppStore delivers SMEs the same benefits experienced by their corporate competition at the fraction of the price.
