Our Customer Service Representatives provide first line support to our customers on a wide range of queries and technical support issues. As a product expert you will provide exceptional guidance and advice to ensure our customers get maximum value from their Epos system.

Great understanding of how to build strong relationships with our customers in short spaces of time.
Ability to demonstrate customer focused thinking and commercial awareness.
Great problem solver and opportunity spotter.
Excellent communicator both internally and with the customer.
Strong organisational skills along with the ability to prioritise tasks quickly and effectively - key to working in our fast paced ‘start up’ environment.
It would be ideal if you have experience working in retail or hospitality previously.
You will be tech savvy, have a great understanding or passion for technology, we can teach you what you need to know about our systems and software.
