Overview of the role:
As a member of the Marketing team, you will report to the Director of Marketing and partner closely with team members across sales, product, and outside agencies to drive and innovate our inbound strategy. You will serve as the expert responsible for increasing reach and driving quality traffic, engagement and conversions using ‘earned’ and ‘owned’ media.
A huge part of your role will be focused on establishing a healthier marketing mix executing content, social media, email nurture and SEO strategies. Your passion to reach and establish relationships with the right audiences through value added content will serve you well.
To be successful in this role you must bring a creative mindset and be an analytical thinker. In addition, you thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment and can prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key role accountabilities are as follows:
Driving and executing SEO strategy
Creating and managing social media and content marketing strategies, including the ability to orchestrate every detail and then measure results
Email marketing design, testing and execution
Develop email nurturing programs for customers and prospective customers
You have knowledge of how to leverage social networks to enhance campaign performance and nurture current prospects
You want to serve as a thought leader, sharing your ideas by creating content for Epos Now’s blog, resource center and community
Your content expertise goes far beyond white papers and blogs, and includes the ability to manage video and webinar programs
You have lots of energy and get excited by being a revenue champion for the organization
