We are proud to announce a panel of independent industry professional’s have selected Epos Now as a finalist for the UK Customer Experience Awards 2016. The awards celebrate businesses who deliver outstanding customer service across multiple sectors.


Customer Experience Awards 2016-Finalists

The awards were launched 7 years ago and have quickly become recognised as the most prestigious celebration of customer service professionals in the industry. Businesses nominated must meet a strict set of criteria, with the scoring methodology endorsed by the Cranfield School of Management.

We have been shortlisted in the category of ‘Experience in design and innovation’, recognising the service provided to SMEs utilising our cloud platform to improve the profitability of their businesses.

The next stage of the competition will see Epos Now conduct a presentation to other finalist candidates and a panel of independent judges. As well as a celebration, the awards are a vehicle for sharing best practice, enabling organisations to promote continuous improvement, learning and personal development amongst their customer service staff.
