Full Time, 40hrs per week

OTE: $65,000 - $80,000/yr

Location: 189 S Orange Ave, Suite 2010, Orlando, FL 32801

Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm

What you’ll be doing on the team:

Month One:

  • Participate in comprehensive organization training and learn the Epos Now story, how we work, and our goals for the future

  • Experience an in-depth process training, including repetitious pitch and roleplay practices

  • Shadow colleagues and learn the pitches in real-world application 

  • Apply training knowledge and be ready to start contacting new prospects 2 weeks from start date

  • Maintain relationships with our prospects and users until their ready to qualify

  • Follow up on leads via phone and email; track productivity daily in Salesforce

  • Maybe close your first deal!

Month Three:

  • Become an Epos Now product expert and have a solid understanding of the industry 

  • Fully understand Epos Now’s ecosystem and be able to collaborate between departments to provide a best in class sales process

  • Continue to perfect your pitch through continuous practice and exercise 

  • Connect and consult your own inbound and marketing generated opportunities 

  • Conduct product demos and successfully guide customers through the buying process

  • Work towards hitting a fully ramped quota

Month Six:

  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective customers and provide accurate sales forecast through Salesforce

  • Drive deals from discovery through close within a fast-paced environment 

  • Absolutely smash your quota! 

  • Work with your manager to identify a plan of continued growth 


Successful Sales Development Reps Have:

  • Sincere customer empathy 

  • You need to have a strong work ethic and determination to win

  • Strong interest in a selling role

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

  • A passion for exceeding expectations demonstrated through consistently exceeding quarterly and annual targets

  • Hustle and Persistence  

  • Bilingual is a plus!
