  • What is it? With Early Renewals, eligible merchants can access new Epos Now Capital funding before their current advance is fully repaid. That means less time between funding and more flexibility to keep investing in your business.

  • Why does it matter? You don't have to wait until your current funding is fully repaid to access more. Once you've repaid around 75% of your current funding and it's been active for at least 90 days, you may be eligible for an Early Renewal offer. Your new offer takes your remaining balance into account, so you can access additional funding without starting from scratch. Any remaining fees on your current advance are waived as it rolls into your new one. Repayments work in the same simple way as before - a percentage of your daily card sales.

  • How do I access it? Head to the Capital page in your Epos Now account and log in. If you're eligible, you'll see your Early Renewal offer ready to view. Not quite there yet? You'll be able to track your progress and see when you may become eligible.

  • Good to know: Eligibility depends on your repayment progress and account status. Once your current funding is fully repaid, you'll see your standard renewal offers as usual. Early Renewals is available to merchants using Epos Now Payments (Adyen).

  • Availability: US and Australia. Hospitality/ Retail/ Service.
  • What is it? Meet Countertop 2, the next generation of Epos Now's countertop POS. Built for faster, smoother checkouts, it combines a powerful new processor with a sleek, compact design to help your business move faster while taking up less counter space.
  • Why does it matter? Countertop 2 is designed to keep queues moving and give your team a smoother checkout experience, with 3x faster performance, a premium, space-saving design and an optional customer-facing screen for features like tipping, digital receipts and loyalty. It's built to give your business more speed today, with a platform ready for what's next.

  • Availability: UK
  • What is it? Epos Now Giftcards lets you sell, redeem, and track digital and physical gift cards straight from your POS. Customers buy a card in-store, you load it with any amount, and the balance is tracked automatically in your Epos Now Back Office - no third-party hardware or separate systems needed.
  • Why does it matter? Gift cards bring in new customers, boost cash flow upfront, and drive repeat visits - and around 60% of gift card holders spend more than the card's value. Until now you needed a third-party integration to offer them. Building it into the POS means faster transactions at the till, no reconciliation headaches, and one place to see gift card sales, redemptions, and outstanding balances.
  • How do I access it? We'll share setup guides and rollout dates closer to launch.

  • What is it? We're bringing Pay by Link to the Epos Now Back Office, making it easier to create, send and manage payment links wherever you're working. Whether you're taking deposits, processing phone orders, sending invoices or collecting outstanding payments, you'll soon be able to do it all without needing access to your Till.
  • Why does it matter? Managing remote payments is about to become simpler and more flexible. You'll be able to create payment links, monitor their status, expire links you no longer need and manage everything from one place. Plus, payment links will no longer depend on your Till being online, giving you a more reliable way to request and track payments.
  • How do I access it? We're launching this feature in September, initially through a limited beta with existing Pay by Link customers. If you'd like early access, register your interest below and we'll be in touch if your business is selected to take part.
