As we look back on 2025, we’re incredibly proud of what we’ve delivered. Throughout the year, our teams have invested heavily in strengthening our POS, embedded finance, and payments capabilities, with a clear focus on real merchant impact. These improvements have helped merchants get paid faster, run their businesses more smoothly, and rely on a platform built to support them as they grow.
Here's a small selection of the key highlights.
New product and categories list
Saves user preferences, provides quick add and quick edit capabilities, new stock tracking and image columns, new category add with tile preview, drag and drop columns, and much more!
Container fees
Non-taxable container fees and deposits are now linked to products
Revamped tipping and TRONC report
New tipping and TRONC reports now include the ability for merchants to track staff gratuity, service charges processed through the till, the hours worked, individual tips, and total tips accumulated. In addition, an export function is also added
New shift report provides greater visibility across shifts
The new staff shift report allows you to filter by date and time ranges, edit work hours, and update hours for payroll or review. You can also find sales performance by staff
Faster stock management
Our stock experience now allows users to add, adjust, or remove stock quickly
Faster products on till
Improved loading and caching of products on the till, saving time at checkout and reducing errors
Speedier basket checkout
A faster basket experience on the front till makes checkout smoother and more reliable. Improved performance helps reduce wait times, especially during busy trading periods
Caller ID enhancements prevent till slowdowns
Implemented improvements to the Caller ID in order to prevent slowdown in till
Mandatory customer selection
With this enabled, staff will be required to select or create a customer profile before starting an order. This ensures that every transaction is tied to a customer, helping merchants with better reporting, loyalty tracking, and compliance (especially in regulated environments like hospitals or tax-exempt schemes)
Faster cloud sync
Faster cloud sync keeps your till and back office in step, ensuring product, pricing, and configuration updates are available sooner across your business. This reduces delays, prevents inconsistencies between locations or devices, and helps staff work with the most up-to-date information, especially during busy trading periods
Offline mode improvements
Improvements to offline mode gives clearer alerts when the till is offline, while ensuring merchants can keep trading with minimal disruption
Category and product images on till
Merchants can now see product and category images directly on the till, making it faster and easier for staff to find the right items during checkout. Clear visual cues help reduce mistakes, speed up service, and support new or seasonal staff in serving customers with confidence.
Updated orders API
The updated orders API now reduces cloudsync dependency and provides faster processing of orders on our platform
Epos Now Order & Pay and Online relaunch
A refreshed Order & Pay and Online experience, relaunched for merchants in the US and Australia
CRM page load speed optimised
We’ve improved the CRM page load speed to make accessing customer records faster and more responsive. Pages now load more quickly and reliably, helping staff find information sooner, reduce wait times, and work more efficiently during busy periods

New Android APK
We released new Android APK updates with speed improvements
4G transaction routing
This feature automatically routes transactions over 4G for greater resilience when broadband connectivity is unavailable
