NEW: Introducing our newly redesigned Back Office
We are proud to present a brand new navigation experience in the Back Office.
Our team has tackled some of the most pressing issues facing our old Back Office, including inconsistent UI standards, slow customer journeys, and accessibility problems. As we continue to make improvements with our new design, you'll enjoy faster load times, easier navigation, and a more intuitive user experience.
Gone are the days of inconsistent behaviour between devices and browsers, ensuring you can manage your business from anywhere, at any time.
And that's not all - we've also updated our colours, banners, and icons to create a fresh, modern look. Our new design is not only functional but also visually appealing, making it a pleasure to use.
NEW: simpleERB reservations launch their Facebook integration
Existing customers may have recently noticed the new Facebook Booking Integration setting in simpleERB.
Previously, changes to Facebook meant simpleERB was required to become a booking partner in order to offer users the integrated ‘reserve’ action button. This proved difficult, however, fortunately, their recent partnership with Mozrest has allowed them to create this.
simpleERB users can now take bookings directly from their Facebook / Instagram pages via the integrated ‘reserve’ button. Customer bookings made through the ‘reserve’ button will be listed in the diary and the booking source recorded.

You can now search the support center directly from your Back Office. Just open the resource center and click "Search Support Center" to begin.
