You asked and we delivered. To support our hospitality customers that are predominantly a seated business, we now have a setting that will force users to open a Table or a Tab. In our Till settings, you will find the setting “must open Table/Tab”. When this is on, a user is prompted to open a Table or Tab.
Print Specific Bills
Print Specific Bills
To improve on a recent feature we released “Split Bills By Cover Tip Adjust”, we have added the ability to print each split individually. In addition to this we have added to the top of the receipt the cover number and by how many covers we are splitting by, such as “1 by 3 covers” giving better clarity on our receipts.

As part of our ongoing efforts to improve the quality of support offered we have revamped the support centre by not only improving the look and feel of the centre but adding additional webinar content! The support centre is now also fully translated to Spanish to ensure we have supporting documents for all territories. Over the coming weeks, there will be more content being added alongside additional webinars.

VAT Rate Modifier App
In September 2021 the UK Government announced plans to increase VAT from 5% to 12.5% for applicable Industries and Products. We have created a solution to help you update your menu easily and efficiently. In this App, you can change your entire Menu but also a custom-made import sheet for your:
- Selling Price (for Eat In sales)
- Tax Rate (For Eat In sales)
- Eat Out Price, and
- Eat Out Tax Rate.
This App will be available to install from Wednesday 22nd September (approx 09.00) to Thursday 7th October (approx 17.00). It will then be removed for all customers by Thursday 14th October (approx 09.00) to provide all users ample time to make the changes required.
