Home Page - Graph Data Selection
To help you scrutinise your Sales Overview graph, we have added the ability to remove and reinstate individual data lines.
Simply click on the legend of the data set that you would like to remove. You will see the selected legend will be crossed out and the data line removed from the graph.
To re-establish the data set, click on the legend and the line will reappear.

Cash rounding
Since pennies are being phased out in many locations worldwide and products are being rounded to the nearest 0.05 cents in some countries. This feature is enabled by default for customers in Canada and Australia. If you would like to enable cash rounding for your venue please visit the Back Office, select the Cash Tender Type and specify the lowest denomination (5 cents, 10 cents, 25 cents, etc). When the transaction is paid the rounded amount will appear on the receipt. Every rounded transaction will be listed in the Bookkeeping Report and the total rounded amount will show as a line on the Sales by Product report. You will also be able to see, during the Closing of the Till (EOD) process, the total sum of rounding for that day of trading.
VAT rate change tool
VAT rates are changing across all industries effective from April 1st, 2022. In response to this, we would like to offer you our Bulk Import Application for FREE starting from today.

Back Office 40% faster
Resource Center results in a 40% improvement of page loading time!
Customer experience has improved drastically since the launch of the new Resource Center. Changes made to the Back Office has allowed for a 40% increase in page load speed, minimising wait time and improving the overall experience.
Improvement of the Payment Screen on Mobile devices
The payment screen now fits in one screen on our mobile devices. This was possible thanks to an optimisation of the screen real-estate and a new collapsable numeric keypad.
Graph bug fix
We have fixed a bug where the graph height displays strangely on some larger mobile devices. This will now enable all users on any device to be able to view the graphs correctly without any issues.
Issue on receipts totals
We resolved an issue that was causing amounts to be confusing on our POS receipts. We now have a much better way of listing subtotals, tax amounts, and totals.
Refunds issue resolved
Resolved - We resolved a bug that would cause the refund amount to be miscalculated when hitting the tender button if only one item was being refunded.
