Multiple Choice Products (Modifiers) now show the product colour
We have now added the product colour on the MCP selection screen. This feature has been hotly requested on our communities platform as well as feedback from our implementation team on common requests from customers looking to get the most from their system.
Gender neutral pronoun option added to the customer database
It was highlighted in some customer feedback that we didn't have an option for a gender neutral pronoun in the add customer section. We have now added the option for ‘Mx’ to the list of titles within the system.
Limit the number of items that can be added to the basket and how they are added.
You can now limit the sale of restricted/controlled items. For example, Limiting the sale of certain wines or e-cigarettes to quantities of 2. Not only can you limit the number of items added, you can also select whether you would like these items to be only added via a scanner.
Product Search Performance Improvement
While working on a major improvement of the performance of the Product Search, we have identified some initial quick fixes we have already rolled out with this release. Improvements will affect Product search when:
- scanning a product barcode on the main till page
- searching a product by name
