NEW: Foodhub is now live in the UK
We recently launched our integration with Foodhub, an online ordering platform that enables businesses to become discoverable through their Marketplace, helping to drive growth and expand their business reach.
Businesses that partner with Foodhub benefit from ethical commission fees, allowing businesses to keep more of their earnings compared to other platforms.

ENHANCEMENT: Faster till experience
We’ve made major improvements behind the scenes to deliver a faster, more responsive till experience. Key workflows like adding products to the basket, applying discounts, updating item quantities, and taking orders on tables and tabs have been optimised to reduce processing times. By cutting down the number of background queries, transactions are now faster, smoother, and more reliable, helping your staff serve customers more efficiently, especially during busy periods.
We’ve also enhanced CloudSync - the service that keeps your till updated with the latest data from your cloud Back Office. Changes like product updates and price adjustments now sync faster, ensuring your system stays accurate and up-to-date with minimal interruption.
These improvements are being gradually rolled out over the next few weeks, so you’ll start to experience a faster and smoother till without needing to do anything on your end.
ENHANCEMENT: Android Operating System update rollout
As part of our operating system update for the Epos Now C15, Countertop and Duo Countertop tills, an OS update will be installed over the coming weeks.
Major enhancements include:
- Android Order Utility 2, including:
- Ability to print on multiple printers that are on the same order channel
- Ability to print multiple copies
- Allow you to enable or disable printers from AOOU
- Ability to enable/disable beep on print
- Button to return to the till app
Minor enhancements include:
- Refreshed onboarding wizards
- Support for the upcoming printer hardware
- Improved drivers for the Countertop/Duo Countertop built-in printer
- CallerID performance improvements
ENHANCEMENT: Epos Now Order & Pay and Online Ordering (UK, US, Australia)
We’re excited to relaunch our integration with Epos Now Order & Pay and Online Ordering, powered by Yoello.
These integrations make it easy for merchants to offer online ordering by auto-syncing their Epos Now menu with the Yoello platform, saving you time. Incoming orders are sent straight to your Epos Now till and can be printed or shown on your Kitchen Display Screen when configured.

MINOR FIXES
- Till: Fixed an issue causing the till to display as offline and fail cloud syncs following the use of an app
- Reporting - transaction ID is now available in the Transaction Report: We have added Transaction ID as a selectable column in the Transaction Report. This will give merchants more control and visibility when reconciling individual transactions.
- Reporting - link to Report Scheduler app: You can now quickly access the Report Scheduler directly via the navigation link, making it easier to schedule and manage automated reports.
- Reporting - monthly Tax Report timeout resolved: We have fixed an issue where the Monthly Tax Report was timing out when filtering by certain dates or months. Reports should now run reliably across all date ranges.
- Reporting - export fix for large Transaction Reports: We have resolved a problem where exports of very large Transaction Report datasets would occasionally fail. Exporting large data sets will now be more stable and consistent.
