Accessing Club Data From Afar Was An Impossible Task

Matt Bugna is a Salesforce.com employee by day, but in his spare time volunteers at the Elks Lodge Club & Bar in San Mateo. Since he doesn't work full-time at the members club and has other responsibilities, Matt struggled to stay on top of data and analytics regarding product sales and inventory. This meant Matt and the owners had no transparency if they weren't physically at their hospitality venue.

"I never knew what products were being sold or how much inventory we had on hand" Matt said. "It was so frustrating because I wanted to be able to help out the club as much as I could, but it was difficult to do so when I couldn't track what was going on."
