NEW: Customer Display customisation!
Add your logo or unique message to the customer-facing screen and make the most of your checkout experience.
If you’re using a Duo Countertop or Countertop 2 with a customer display, you can now upload your own logo or custom image directly to the display screen. You can also personalise the experience with Light or Dark themes and choose between a 12-hour or 24-hour clock format.
Sharing your brand or promotional message at the checkout helps improve customer engagement, keeps your business looking professional, and gives you another way to promote offers, loyalty schemes, or seasonal campaigns while customers pay.
You can also quickly check how old your device is from the Back Office, making it easier to understand whether your hardware is eligible for the latest features and upgrades.

NEW: Instantly add your My Business card to your Apple or Google Wallet
Start spending immediately - no need to wait for your physical My Business card to arrive.
As soon as you order a new card, you can add it straight to your Apple or Google Wallet and begin making payments right away. This means you can use your funds instantly for both in-store and online transactions.

ENHANCEMENT: Easier access to Epos Now Capital
Epos Now Capital gets an upgrade making it easier to access extra funding when your business needs it. There are two improvements:

Automatic renewals via YouLend: once you’ve repaid 80% of the funded amount, you can take the next funding before the full balance of your original funded amount is repaid.

Multi-drawdown via Pipe: after you’re approved for your funding amount, you can choose to take part of it now and access the remaining amount later without incurring any additional fees
Make the most of your business opportunities with easy and fast access to capital.
On the home page, if you already have an active fund, you’ll also now see your remaining balance more clearly, along with an “Extra funding available” tag if additional funding is available.

ENHANCEMENT: Update your stock directly from the product list page!
Save time and keep inventory accurate with quicker stock updates.
You can now track and update stock directly from the product list in the Back Office, reducing the number of steps needed to manage inventory and helping your team work more efficiently during busy periods.
Simply click the three dots beside any product and select “Track Stock” to update stock quantities, cost prices, and staff details from one convenient place.
We’ve also added a resizable side panel, allowing you to adjust the workspace while keeping your product list visible. This makes stock management faster, smoother, and easier when handling large product ranges or frequent stock changes.
ENHANCEMENT: Easier and more secure sublogin account creation
Main users can now create sublogins directly in Back Office by entering the sublogin user’s email address. The sublogin user will receive a secure account activation email to set up their own password, improving account security while making it easier to manage team access.

Improved accuracy in stock cost reporting
We’ve fixed an issue affecting stock cost tracking from the product list where cost price was not correctly reflected in reporting.
This ensures that when you update stock directly from the product list, cost price data is accurately captured and consistently carried through into your reports.

Improved receipt clarity for weighted items
We’ve made a small but important improvement to how weighted products appear on receipts.
Receipts for products sold by weight will now include a clearer separation between the weight and the unit of measurement. This makes receipt details easier to read and helps avoid any confusion when reviewing transactions.
Instant cash out request deposited directly into your My Business account
Cash Out allows eligible merchants to instantly transfer available funds from their Epos Now Payments card sales to their bank account, once every 24 hours. Funds become available as sales are processed, so you can access the money you’ve already earned faster.
You can now send your Cash Out funds directly to your My Business account, giving you a simpler way to manage and monitor your earnings in one place.

Cash Out allows eligible merchants to receive an instant payout once every 24 hours. With this update, those funds are now automatically visible in the My Business app, helping you stay on top of your cash flow in real time.
