Weโ€™ve listened to your feedback!

We know that reconciling your card payments against daily business sales can be time-consuming. Based directly on merchant input, we have redesigned the Payments Payout Report to make balancing your books faster, clearer and much more straightforward.

Key Features & Improvements

  • Separated Tabs for Cleaner Auditing: easily cross-reference your revenue, we have split the report into two dedicated sections:

    • Payouts: track your payout amount and timing

    • Transactions: review transactions against a specific payout and reconcile daily sales

  • Real-Time Data Streams: A new Pending Balance widget displays your day's real-time trading volume as it accumulates before transferring to your available payout balance at midnight.

  • Integrated Capital Repayments: For merchants with active finance agreements, your capital repayments are now explicitly broken down in your Remaining Balance metrics for complete transparency.

  • Export-Ready Workflows: download your data to complete more detailed analysis.

What You Need to Know

  • The New Workflow: You will no longer "drill down" or click into individual payout rows to see specific sales. To view, search, or audit the specific sales that make up a payout, simply switch to the Transactions tab at the top of the page.

Accessing the Report: The updated view is live in your Back Office under Reporting > Payments > Payout Report

  2. Comparative analysis: Seamlessly evaluate current performance against previous periods to track growth.

  3. Personalised workflow: Set primary views, bookmark your top templates, and export reports to PDF for professional sharing.

  4. Integrated glossary: Definitions are available directly on-page to ensure every metric is easily understood.

Sales report 2

  • Updated popup error messages when a reload/refresh needs to be done.
  • Fixed an issue where the add device buttons donโ€™t appear on the locations page.
  • Fixed an issue where an EOD can remain open if the Till sync is disrupted.
  • Fixed an issue on the print historic screen that was causing orders to be duplicated in the EOD.

Big things are on the way! Weโ€™re continually building new products, features, and tools to help your business grow - hereโ€™s a sneak peek at whatโ€™s coming next:

  • EBT for US Retailers - Weโ€™re working to add EBT as a payment method, making it easier to serve more customers and expand your reach. We'll be integrating it directly into your existing checkout flow โ€” no separate terminal.
  • Revamping Pay by Link Take payment anywhere it suits you โ€” phone orders, invoices, remote sales. We've upgraded the experience adding logo support and are including it into Back Office, so you're no longer limited to the Till.
  • Ratings on receipts - Your customers will soon be able to rate their experience directly from their receipt โ€” giving you effortless feedback at the moment it matters most, with no extra tools or follow-up needed.
  • Product variant improvements - you spoke and we answered, weโ€™re improving the way product variants are created to make them simpler.
