We’re looking for merchants to help us test the next version of our Pro+ device. The upgrade is 3x faster, we’ve improved the network connectivity to keep you trading all day long, and 4G is available as standard.

We’ve revamped the look of our sales dashboard and are thrilled to invite you to the beta trial. We’re delivering business metrics that are faster, simpler, and more accurate than ever before.
Revamping Pay by Link (Coming soon)
Pay By Link lets you take payment anywhere it suits you including phone orders, invoices or remote sales. However, it’s currently only available on the Till and we heard that you needed more flexibility to send Links on the move. We’re revamping it by adding a new page to the Back Office giving you more freedom to send and manage Links.
The upgrade lets you set your logo and gives you greater visibility of the states of each Link which you’ve sent. Customer details can be attached and sent via your preferred method.
Accept more payments and make more sales wherever you are.

Clearer Payment Checkout Screens 🚀
We've updated your card payment screens — and your staff are going to notice the difference straight away.
You told us you needed clearer feedback at the counter, so we built this update around exactly that. Less guesswork. Faster queues. Smoother transactions — whether you use Epos Now Payments or a third-party provider.
Here's what’s new:
- Clearer visual feedback. Smooth animations guide your staff through every stage — from "Awaiting card" to "Printing receipt" — so everyone knows exactly where a transaction stands at a glance.
- Simpler error handling. If a card's declined, a bold red warning tells your team what to do next, with instant Retry and Cancel options to keep the queue moving.
- Built for every screen. Fully optimised across mobile and tablet POS setups, with better text contrast for easier reading — even in your busiest moments.
Improved Payout Account Management
We've moved payment settings into the Payments area under a new tab called Payout Location to make managing your payouts simpler and more secure.
What's changed:

Easily assign verified bank accounts to individual locations

Improved support for businesses with multiple locations

Faster navigation with search and location management tools
No action is required and any existing payout account assignments will remain unchanged.
Start accepting WeChat and AliPay (Beta)
With the summer fast approaching and more international travelers, we’re enabling merchants to accept WeChat and AliPay transactions (the widely used payment methods from China). Often we see higher spending when customers are able to use their preferred payment method.

Improving Report Scheduler quality
For merchants who are using the report scheduling feature, we’ve improved quality by fixing scheduling failures when reports are triggered close to each other. Extra logging had been added, too.
Report Scheduler is built for larger merchants - talk to your account manager if you’d like to use this feature.

Create Multiple Choice Product Groups with Sidekick our AI assistant - We’ve heard your frustrations, soon you'll be able to create and assign multiple choice product groups directly with Sidekick.
Whether it's offering customers a choice of sides, toppings, or add-ons, you'll be able to set these up quickly and assign them to your products without the manual setup hassle. This is the first of many changes coming to our Sidekick AI assistant. You can already create products, overview your sales, or ask for help anywhere you get stuck, see here to get started using Sidekick.

Product Variant improvements - You spoke and we answered! We’re improving the way product variants are created to make them simpler.
Early Capital renewals - Businesses using Adyen capital will soon be able to renew their funding early. This can help you maintain momentum and access growth capital when you need it most, without waiting until you’ve fully repaid your capital grant.
Choose your own Capital terms length - We're giving you more flexibility to choose the length of your capital advance when Adyen is the provider. Choosing the length of time to repay over can help you better manage cashflow and your growth plans.
Cash Out in the My Business App - Getting faster access to your funds is about to get even easier.
Soon, eligible Epos Now Payments merchants will be able to access Cash Out directly from the My Business App, putting instant funding alongside balances, payouts, and transfers in one place.
