NEW: Cash Out (instant payouts) now live in key markets
Cash Out (instant payouts) is now live for Epos Now Payment merchants in the UK, US, Ireland, Spain, and Australia. This feature lets you access your funds instantly, giving you greater control over cash flow and faster access to your takings when you need them most. Merchants that are eligible for Cash Out will see it advertised in the Back Office where they’ll be able to request funds immediately.

We’re excited to relaunch Epos Now Online, making it easier than ever to take your business online. With seamless syncing of product information and stock from your Back Office, and payment processing powered by Epos Now Payments, you can set up an eCommerce channel quickly and efficiently.

NEW: Capital offers powered by Pipe live in the UK
Capital funding powered by Pipe is now available in the UK! Access all funding offers directly in the Back Office and quickly get the capital you need to grow your business.
ENHANCEMENT: Basket speed improvements
We’ve significantly improved basket performance on the POS, delivering up to an 80% speed increase. This means faster item adds, smoother checkout, and a more responsive experience during busy trading periods.
PILOT: Customer Display Screen logos
We’ll be starting a pilot next month that introduces custom branding on the customer display screen. Merchants will be able to choose between light or dark mode, set their preferred time format (12- or 24-hour), and add their own image or logo.

MINOR FIXES
- Reporting - Transaction Report tax display printing: We have fixed an issue in the Transaction Report print to PDF where tax percentages were displayed incorrectly. Tax rates are now shown correctly in the printed output, while the calculated tax amounts were always accurate.
- My Business - direct debits: My Business Payout account holders can now set up Direct Debits on their account
COMING SOON: New card payment types
We’re currently working on expanding our opt-in cards bundle with additional payment types. This update will enable merchants to accept WeChat Pay and Alipay directly on their payment terminals, giving customers more ways to pay and helping businesses serve international shoppers more easily.
