NEW: Transaction report banner live for Spain and Mexico
Merchants in Spain and Mexico now have access to our updated Transaction Report. This report improves your ability to analyse your transaction data.
To get started, simply click on the ‘View report’ button located in the banner at the top of your current Completed Transaction report page, and dive into the new reports' functionalities.
Key features:
- 30-Day Transaction Window: This feature allows you to retrieve transactions from any 30-day period, enhancing your ability to analyse recent business activities with greater precision.
- Filtered Transaction Downloads: Download transactions based on specific filters for easier sharing, analysis, or archiving. This feature simplifies handling targeted data sets.
- Customisable Trading Weeks & Time Frames: Tailor the report to align with your unique business operations. Whether you need weekly summaries or have specific trading days, this report is adaptable to your needs.
- Column Customisation for Retail & Hospitality: Choose from column sets designed for either the retail or hospitality sectors. This customisation ensures the report reflects the specific needs of your business model.

Los comerciantes de España y México ya tienen acceso a nuestro Informe de transacciones actualizado, que mejora tu capacidad para analizar los datos de tus transacciones.
Para empezar, sólo tienes que hacer clic en el botón "Ver informe" situado en el banner de la parte superior de la página del informe de transacciones completadas actual y sumergirte en las funcionalidades del nuevo informe.
Características principales:
- Ventana de Transacciones de 30 Días: Esta función te permite recuperar transacciones de cualquier periodo de 30 días, mejorando tu capacidad para analizar las actividades comerciales recientes con mayor precisión.
- Descargas de Transacciones Filtradas: Descarga transacciones basadas en filtros específicos para compartirlas, analizarlas o archivarlas más fácilmente. Esta función simplifica el manejo de conjuntos de datos específicos.
- Semanas Comerciales y Plazos Personalizables: Personaliza el informe para alinearlo con tus operaciones comerciales únicas. Tanto si necesitas resúmenes semanales como si tienes días concretos de operaciones, este informe se adapta a tus necesidades.
Personalización de Columnas para Comercio y Hostelería: Elige entre los conjuntos de columnas diseñados para los sectores de comercio y hostelería. Esta personalización garantiza que el informe refleje las necesidades específicas de tu modelo de negocio.

FEATURE ENHANCEMENT: Refunds will now print an updated kitchen order ticket
We're pleased to announce that our kitchen order tickets now print a copy for the kitchen staff when refunds are carried out.
The ticket will include information on the order being refunded and cancelled.
MINOR FIXES
- Reporting: Enabled report scheduler for users with issues in the stock changes report and improved report performance
- Reporting: Fixed incorrect margin display in the stock changes report
- Epos Now Payments: Fixed issue causing Pay by Link transaction to not complete correctly on the Till
- Epos Now Payments: Fixed issue causing Epos Now Payments transactions to (on rare occasions) not complete on the Till correctly
- Surcharging: Fixed issues causing surcharge to apply to cash transactions for Epos Now Payments
- Till: Fixed issue causing product text colour to be incorrect when using “Show product button colour as a dot”
- Till: Fixed an issue when applying discounts after tax with multiple items, Till did not update the total
- Till: Fixed issue causing tax amounts to not adjust correctly on the Till
- Till: Fixed issue causing out of date table plan error
- Till: Fixed issue of missing transaction items
- Till: Fixed issue with supplier not changing on variant products
- Epos Now My Business: We improved the search feature of the app - you now you can now search for Payee Name and Payment Reference
- Epos Now My Business: Now you can cancel a transfer while filling in the information if you have changed your mind
- Epos Now My Business: You can also add a Reference when creating a payee that will be saved for the next transfer and save you some time when transferring money. You can also change it while doing a transfer or in the Manage Payee section at any time
- Epos Now My Business: This version also has some minor improvements to your overall experience in the app
