Epos Now Payment customers can now enjoy an enhanced experience with our newly upgraded payout reports. The payout report revamp includes:

•  Ability to customise which report columns you want to appear
•  Faster data access using filters and sort functions
• Instant view of the total cost breakdown by Payout ID
• "No data available” alert for data that is still being processed
• Easily download or print your report for further analysis

Epos Now Order & Pay by Otter is an online ordering integration providing QR-based ordering capabilities for in-venue, delivery and or collection orders.

We’re improving how merchants can print their order tickets and are looking for pilot customers! 

The Android Online Order Utility 2.0 provides merchants the ability to:

• Print order tickets at multiple printers on the same order channel (E.g kitchen, Bar, etc) 
• Print multiple order ticket copies at one printer
• Ability to enable/disable printers
• Toggle beep on print

We are thrilled to announce the latest enhancement to our transaction report: a product search function. This new feature is designed to make it easier than ever for you to find specific transactions based on products.

With the product search functionality, merchants can now search within the transaction report for transactions containing specific products. This allows for a more streamlined and efficient way to access transaction data.

Benefits include:

• Efficiency: Quickly locate transactions involving specific products without having to manually sift through records.
• Improved usability: Simplifies the process of analysing sales trends, inventory management, and customer purchasing behaviours.
• Customisable searches: Tailor your search to specific products to better understand their performance and impact on your transactions.

To utilise the new product search functionality:

1. Navigate to the new Transaction Report. 
2. Enter the name of the product you wish to search for in the search bar.
3. The report will automatically update to only display the transactions that include the specified product.
