We are pleased to announce that merchants are now able to automatically reset ticket numbers with one of the options below:

• When an End of Day is performed
• After a set amount of transactions

Easily set this up by going to your POS > Settings > Ordering

We're excited to share that our enhanced product list is now in Epos Now Labs!

The newly upgraded product list provides efficiency and experience improvements, including: 

• Rapid edit
• Quick add items
• Improved search function
• Accessible design

We have a new app available for Android-based Epos Now Payment card terminals, allowing merchants to take payments:

• Directly (insert the value you want to charge your customer)
• Without a local network
• Without internet connectivity

The primary use of this app is to help merchants continue trading during internet outages.

There are some significant updates to the Referral Scheme Member Portal that improve the user experience.

The updates bring merchants a new level of clarity and control when it comes to tracking referrals and rewards.

Benefits of the enhanced portal

• The new portal makes the experience better for both casual and advanced members
• Card views (on by default): a lighter and more visually appealing way to view referrals and rewards 
• Switchable table view: power users see more referrals and rewards as their volume grows
• Robust search, filtering, and sorting: easily define how sets of referrals and rewards are viewed
• More properties and configuration options: Display more properties and gain greater control over how they’re organised (includes showing coupon codes on the reward)
• CSV export: members can export their referrals and rewards 
• Improved mobile experience: better portal navigation and usability when on a mobile device
• Small experiences that matter: if there are no referrals or rewards listed then a share widget appears, encouraging them to continue sharing

On April 1st, we updated the Business Account product that is accessible through your Epos Now My Business app. This update allows you to have a bank account with the UK account number and sort code (in addition to IBAN). We are working on enabling the ability to receive incoming transfers to your account in the next couple of weeks.

If you are an existing business account user but haven't signed the new terms yet, you have until the 30th of April to sign them before we close your account. Just ensure you download the latest app version from the Apple / Google Play stores and follow the instructions on the prompt.
