ENHANCEMENT: New experience for Epos Now Capital sees user-friendly feature upgrades
We are excited to announce that we have made major improvements to the Epos Now Capital user experience!
Epos Now Capital powered by Adyen now features a new slider feature, allowing existing Epos Now Payments merchants to easily view all available loan amount-and-duration offers. This feature is now live in the US and Australia and will roll out to eligible UK merchants over the next two weeks.
Additionally, we've introduced a progress bar that provides clearer, more detailed information on past and ongoing repayments.
Epos Now Capital, powered by YouLend, has also been upgraded. Pre-qualified merchants can now accept funding terms with one click, directly in the Epos Now Back Office, removing the need to wait for YouLend’s Docusign and speeding up the funding process.
LAUNCHING SOON: Epos Now Capital, powered by YouLend, will soon also show pre-approved offers. All Epos Now Payments customers will be assessed by YouLend’s pre-approval programme for instant requests and new access to funding, leading to shorter enquiry-to-funding timelines.

ENHANCEMENT: End of Day report for POS Accounting integration support
To improve the accuracy and efficiency of our support for Point of Sale Accounting integrations (such as Xero, Sage and QuickBooks), we have made an important update to the End of Day report in the Back Office.
- The existing column labelled “END OF DAY ID” has been renamed to “END OF DAY REF”.
- A new column titled “END OF DAY ID” has been added to the report. This displays the EndOfDayID used in the data sent to third-party integrations.
This update allows merchants and our support teams to cross-reference the customer-facing End of Day reference with the technical EndOfDayID used in the integration data, reducing confusion and enabling quicker resolution of queries and reconciliations.

MINOR FIXES
- Fix for sync failures due to taxrateID's and incorrect stock changes on for a limited number of customers
- An issue with promotions and discounts not appearing in the basket after being held is now resolved
- Issue resolved around the Table Plan move merge feature. We’ll be rolling this out gradually to merchants over the next few weeks
- Vast speed improvement made to receiving POs from ~ 1 min in processing timedown to seconds
