Retail VP

 Job Brief

In this critical role, the qualified individual will be responsible for leading all aspects of the Epos Now retail strategy and will focus on delivering consistency in the customer experience as well as an integrated omni-channel customer experience.

This role will require strong partnership with key leaders across the Company in the areas of marketing, visual merchandising, supply chain operations, payments and engineering. The ideal candidate will possess prior experience in building and executing on retail strategy in a similar industry.

• Provide inspirational leadership and direction to direct report team and ensure the continued development and management of a professional and efficient organization.
• Cultivate strong and transparent working relationships across the organization, ensuring open communication about the measurement of financial, programmatic
• Giving impact performance against stated milestones and goals.
• Lead with compelling strategic vision that is in alignment with the Company’s short and long-term goals and strategic plan.
• Constantly monitor the competitive landscape and market conditions to identify opportunities, issues, and risks in order to recommend strategies and tactics for current and future store locations.
