All transactions made via the Pay By Link service can now be partially refunded.

With this feature enhancement, the merchant will be able to refund the specific items that their customer returns.

The Shopify integration now features an upgraded onboarding experience with a new setup wizard, built-in automated troubleshooting and support ticket view. 

Along with this, the team at Wrightway Digital who manage the integration, have now launched their onboarding team. The team will hand-hold merchants during onboarding to make setup quick and easy.

When signing up, you’ll also be asked to book your 1st setup session.

• New Currency - We have added the Indian Rupee to the currency database so customers in India can use their native currency in the system!
• Defect Fix - When using Manager Override to approve unlocking a device some users were experiencing the pin pad being automatically populated meaning the correct pin code could not be input. In this release, we have fixed this so there is no longer any blocker to using Manager Override for unlocking devices!

• Payout report - upgrade for VIAS customers to be able to see their fee amounts and bring them in line with the current Balance reporting experience
• Customer onboarding - Added the possibility for a customer to turn off two-factor authentication (2FA) in the Back Office which will log the user out of the My Business app. This will form a part of the lost/stolen phone process.
• Epos Now My Business - New transfer flow launched to make it clearer who is going to receive the funds 
• Epos Now My business - Improvements to the 'Add Payee' flow to make it quicker and easier
