Integrated directly into your Back Office, you can now have discussions with other merchants, share your feedback, vote on features, and much more in our new Epos Now Community.
NEW: Epos Now Referral Scheme launched in Mexico and New Zealand
Merchants can now refer new customers to Epos Now and earn a commission for every successful referral (500NZD & 5500MXN).
A shortcut with quick access to referrals in the Back Office will be coming soon for these countries.

NEW: Till on browser to be replaced with Till on app
From March 10, we will retire our Till on browser functionality and instead, replace it with a Till on app approach.
This change is being made to future-proof our Till.
Merchants are advised to download the Till app that works with their operating system (Android, Windows, or iOS) ahead of March 10.
This can be downloaded from the Back Office > Till.

NEW: Countertop & Duo Countertop - live in US & Canada
Following a successful launch in the UK, we are pleased to announce the launch of our new Countertop and Duo Countertop solutions in the US and Canada.
These new POS hardware solutions bring reliability, speed, and design into a single product - helping merchants streamline their business further.
With a built-in 80mm printer, these touchscreen products work as efficiently as they look.
The Duo Countertop comes with an integrated customer-facing screen that allows merchants to directly engage their customers, providing display options such as:
- Idle screen (generic home screen)
- Live cart (shows products in basket)
- Tip selection (show preset tip amounts)
- Receipt options (including email /sms input)

NEW: Pocket-sized Air card terminal - now available in Canada
We are excited to announce the launch of the Air card reader in Canada.
Small and nimble yet powerful, the Air provides merchants with versatility.
Accept payments at the front counter or tableside, it’s all possible with this WiFi-enabled device that’s small enough to fit in your pocket.

- Fully integrated into Epos Now’s POS for error-free payment acceptance and access to reporting
NEW: Till themes are now live
We are pleased to go live with our two new Till theme colours.
Till themes allow you to change the appearance of your screen from classic to light or dark mode.
All users will have the light theme enabled as the default theme.
When you log in to your Till, a pop-up will be displayed to allow for theme selection.
The theme can be changed at any time from the Till settings under the appearance tab.
MINOR FIXES
- Till - Removed the ability to set Cash Discount as 100% or more - removing unexpected behaviour that could confuse users
- Receipts - Change the sender for email receipts - reducing the risk of email receipts being classified as spam
- Receipts - Fixes an issue causing Windows Till receipts to print card payment information with large line spacing
- Location - Fixed an issue that ensures the location add and edit pages display all countries as expected
- Data - Fixed an issue that prevents data from syncing to the server correctly on the orders API
- Counting hours - Resolved counting hours as 100 minutes rather than 60 minutes causing shift hours to display incorrectly
