Correction to Your Epos Now Payments Fees

Hello,

You previously opted to accept transactions made with American Express, JCB, and UnionPay at a secondary fixed rate.

From 18 September 2025, all transactions made with American Express, JCB, and UnionPay cards will be charged a secondary fixed rate of 2.5% per transaction.

This change will not affect Visa, Mastercard, Discover or Diners cards - you may continue trading at your existing fixed rate.

What this means for you

• New fixed rate for premium cards: 2.5% per transaction for Amex, JCB, and UnionPay
• No rate changes for all other cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and Diners Club
• Effective Date: 18 September 2025

This change ensures we continue to provide secure, efficient payment processing while keeping our pricing transparent and sustainable.

If you prefer not to accept Amex, JCB, or UnionPay transactions, you can manage your preferences in the Back Office.
