Introduce new levels of customer satisfaction when you use Epos Now Delivery, a food delivery service powered by Deliverect.

Epos Now Delivery is perfect for restaurants that want to offer delivery via third-party order and delivery platforms like Just Eat, UberEats, and Deliveroo.

Why should I offer delivery?

The takeaway food market is expected to be over £11bn in the next few years [1], with Epos Now Delivery, you can get a slice of the action.

By offering a delivery service, you’re creating revenue opportunities, diminishing limits set by table capacities, and opening your doors to new customers.

When you offer delivery and takeaway, your only limits are your opening hours and kitchen capacity. By offering delivery, you can serve the guests in attendance, plus people who want to enjoy your food from the comfort of their own home.

Your revenue streams will no longer be bound by customer footfall or the size of your restaurant. Serve your customers inside and outside your restaurant and seize a new and dependable revenue stream.

Why Epos Now Delivery?

Epos Now Delivery, hosted by Deliverect, seamlessly connects your POS system to the most popular food ordering platforms on the market.

By using this integration, you can list your products on multiple food delivery platforms and websites at once. This visibility is vital for both increasing brand awareness and exposing your business to customers who buy exclusively from restaurants listed on their favourite food ordering app.

Streamline your online ordering process by letting Epos Now Delivery handle the heavy lifting.

  • Bring all of your orders into one place on your dedicated delivery dashboard.
  • Never miss an order with auto accept.
  • Centralised reporting for in-store and delivery channels.
  • Free up staff, no need for a dedicated host handling calls and manually re-entering orders.
  • Stay in sync with your kitchen, orders automatically print when accepted.
  • Get orders out in record time - on average, restaurants using Deliverect achieve 48% faster delivery times for their customers!

How does Epos Now Delivery work?

Epos Now Delivery simplifies the online ordering process for restaurants and customers. It works in 3 simple steps:

  • Customers place their order on their preferred ordering platform, like JustEat, UberEats or Deliveroo.
  • The order details are sent directly to your point of sale (POS) system. Inventory levels automatically adjust.
  • Orders are sent to the kitchen display screen (KDS) or are printed out as a docket.

Once you’ve handed the order over to the delivery driver, the order is complete! You can track all delivery activity via your orders dashboard on your POS. Customers will also be able to check the status of their order as it’s being prepared and dispatched for delivery.

Typically, Deliverect users benefit from a 25% reduction of labour costs. By automating delivery, employees on the floor are free to attend to the customers in store, while the customers at home receive their food in record time. What’s not to love?

Dynamic menu builder

Anyone working in hospitality will know that things can change quickly, so flexibility and having the ability to adapt is paramount.

By presenting your menu via an online ordering platform, you have the option of creating a variable menu that can be adjusted in minutes. Choose what’s available in specific delivery locations, at different times of day or depending on the customer’s chosen ordering platform. Or, you can upload your existing menu and push it to multiple platforms at once.

If something is sold out or your kitchen is overwhelmed, you also have the option of snoozing specific products, or pausing new orders for a while. You can also turn auto accept off, meaning you can decide which orders you’d like to accept, and which ones you don’t.

A system that keeps up to speed

In a restaurant, speed and efficiency are everything. It’s important that your restaurant’s abilities to keep up are reflected through your online menu.

Reduce the admin time required to create promotions and offers by doing it through your Epos Now Delivery integration. Thanks to the bundling and promotional options, you can choose certain items that you’d like to highlight as your daily specials, discounted set meals, or create happy hours for your chosen duration.

If you decide to adjust your recipe book, you also have the option of changing the display picture, name and description of individual items after your menu has already been published.

The freedom to experiment with new products, lower prices or limited time deals comes from the almost-instant menu adjustment.

Automate your outreach

Advertising your restaurant on third party food ordering platforms allows you to achieve greater visibility without planning expensive, time-consuming marketing campaigns.

For regular restaurants that offer sit-in dining, being present across multiple platforms allows you to find new customers to try the food, then visit your restaurant later for the full hospitality experience. For other businesses, like ghost kitchens, it is ideal for promoting their menu and services fully online.

Restaurant owners can access the traffic and brand awareness that comes with being active on multiple platforms, yet don’t have to deal with maintenance or creating new content.

Drive sales from your online delivery dashboard

Epos Now Delivery includes a dashboard with all of your vital metrics and analytics in one place. Reports are streamlined and centralised to give you easier access to the data that matters.

The specific reports you see and how you see them is up to you. If you’d prefer to collate total sales, you can read analytics alongside your typical POS reports. Or, for individual stats relating to online sales only, view them via your Epos Now Delivery dashboard. You can also filter by individual food item performance, ordering platform, location or time period for simple strategizing and promotion creation.

From your dashboard, you can accept or decline orders, view customer comments and requests, and quickly edit your menu. Things like payment processing and inventory management are handled automatically, so you can pay closer attention to what’s happening on the floor.
