NEW: Epos Now Capital is live in Canada!
Merchants are now able to access up to CA$40,000 in flexible funding directly from their Back Office โ no hidden fees, no fixed payments, just support for growth on their terms.
Hereโs how it works:
- Eligible merchants will see personalized offers on the Back Office Capital page.
- Repayment terms are set for 6 months, with automatic pauses and restarts if payments are ahead of schedule.
- Both Sole Traders and Limited Businesses may qualify, though eligibility isnโt guaranteed. To be considered, merchants must have processed at least CA$1,500 per month for the past 3 months.
- Offers can be customized via the slider components in the Back Office Capital page, letting merchants choose the exact amount they want to borrow for greater control and flexibility.
Not eligible yet? No problem โ weโll notify merchants by email as soon as they qualify.
This launch marks the arrival of Epos Now Capital powered by Adyen in Canada, expanding our reach beyond the UK, US, and Australia โ and empowering even more businesses to invest in what matters most.

NEW: Epos Now Capital launches pre-approved offers for the UK
Weโre excited to announce enhancements of our Epos Now Capital powered by YouLend solution, bringing a major upgrade to how merchants access funding.
Whatโs new?
Merchants using Epos Now Payments and non-Epos Now Payments services can now access Pre-Approved Capital Offers through our enhanced integration with YouLend.
Unlike the previous pre-qualified flow, this release delivers genuine, pre-approved funding offers based on verified card transaction revenue data from Epos Now and YouLendโs real-time pricing matrix.
Key Benefits:
- Pre-Approved Offers will be available for both Sole Traders and Limited Companies
- Faster access to capitalโfunding is possible within days
- Streamlined assessmentโbusiness and owner details are verified directly by YouLend
This ensures a smoother, faster, and more inclusive funding journey for all merchants, empowering you to access working capital with confidence.

The vouchers function provides merchants with the ability to:

MINOR FIXES
- Reporting - Transaction Quantity Added to EOD: We have added a Transaction Quantity field to the End of Day (EOD) report and EOD API endpoints. This allows customers and POSA integrations to confirm the number of transactions processed during each EOD period, helping prevent mismatches and supporting accurate reconciliation.
-
Reporting - Sub-login Location Filter in Report Scheduler: Previously, sub-login users with location restrictions would see the โAll Location Areasโ option when scheduling reports, even though they only had access to their assigned locations. We have updated the filters so that these users will now see only their assigned location area, making it clearer which locations will be included in their scheduled reports.
