MX Sales Consultant

Responsible for providing consultative advice to any prospective customers, helping to find the right technology to help improve their business.
Manage incoming sales enquiries across all inbound channels to provide EPOS solutions for all businesses that are suitably matched to our product.
Accountabilities
- Proactive management of all leads to ensure high rates of lead conversion and delivery of all sales KPIโs
- Take ownership of inbound traffic via phone and sales live chat at all times to support a 100% answer rate across both channels
- Understand the end to end sales cycle and follow the correct processes and accurate data inputting within the CRM
- Accurately predict revenue through effectively managing your sales pipeline
- Always provide accurate data through the CRM to enhance business learning.
- Build excellent relationships with customers at the first point of contact and throughout the sales process
- Understand the full capability of the hardware and understand the product at a high level to know exactly what the software can do within each industry and coach the customer to obtain maximum value to their business
- Take ownership of maintaining a high commercial acumen and market insight to improve the sales experience and sales performance
- Qualify the suitability of the product for every lead and always provide accurate information
- Take learnings from closed lost business to ensure you have a direct competitor pitch for all competitors within the Epos marketplace.
- Take responsibility of own training needs to always keep up to date with any changes to the product or hardware
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanour with colleagues and customers at all times
- To suggest process, systems and service improvements
